DXLI 20J Fully automatic swirl flow type bearing roller self grinding polisher equipment: It serves the fully automatic charging and discharging of the workpiece materials and
can remove the oxide skin from the surface ofthe rollers,which has raised the efficiency
over ten times than the previous tandem barrels equipment and it needs no any use
of abrasive material,thusimproving the environment.
The hardness on roller surface improved.Internal stress relieved.It was developed
especially for removing black scale on small bea ring rollers(or other ferrous metal
workpieces simila r tobearing rollers)after heat treatment.
